Biography
Perry has invested 30 years in serving home buyers and sellers, investors and their professional advisors in the growing communities of the Santa Clarita Valley and throughout California. His knowledge and expertise are available to brokers and lenders to help train their new associates in the nuances of title insurance coverage. He is also instrumental in getting even difficult title insurance problems resolved with both economy and efficiency.
* Developed and maintained escrow, title and builder relationships for First American.
* Represents First American to the communities-at-large, through,California Escrow Association,Women’s Council of Realtors,Board of Realtors,Chamber of Commerce,AAREA Asian American Real Estate Association and various industry and trade organizations.
*Liaison between customers and escrow/title staff to effect smooth and successful transactions.
*Conducts training classes and seminars, attended weekly MLS meetings,and participated in annual trade shows.
