4/15/14- Tax Day and New Loan Program for the Self-Employed

Well, today is TAX Day! I hate this day…….fortunately I paid all my taxes last week so today is just a normal day for me.

I've got some good news for the Self-Employed: A new program came out and it goes something like this: It's called a 12 Month Personal Bank Statement Program and here are the highlights:
1. Maximum of 75% Loan to value up to $1,000,000 Loan Amount!
2. Minimum FICO is 700
3. Can be a Primary, Second Home, Investment Property and allows Cash Out!
4. It's a 5/1 ARM currently at 4.75% with 1.25 Points (APR 4.926%)
5. No limit on number of financed properties.
6. Mix and Match, bank statements and Wage Earners on Same Loan.
